Who we are

Kiwa Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is a management consultancy firm established in 2009 under the purview of the registrar of companies in Pune, India, with stake holders from Korea and India. The team who led the foundation was veterans from the various industries in the field of management, architecture, engineering, marketing, and performing arts. They played a strategic role during the initial days of  establishment of Korean companies in Maharashtra.Currently, partnered with network of professionals in Maharashtra and facilitates management services in various organisations.

The Indo-Korean Center (link) was established in Pune in joint collaboration between KIWA and the  MITCON foundation and is jointly operated in the premises of MITCON Institute of management in Pune .

Kiwa Enterprise was formed under the experience team of Kiwa Consultants Pvt. Ltd., with the main objective of connecting Indian & Korean culture through events engaging fans of K-culture. It addresses the needs of developing the Korean Wave in India and its primary focus is  educational and cultural tour to Korea, Korean langauge skill and corporate culture tranining, hosting K-pop Concerts in India, and promotion of Korean products.

Our Story

‘Us’ is the story of Dr Eunjoo Lim and Mr Sanjiv Ghatak  to establish ‘Kiwa_in’ – connecting culture.

Dr. Eunjoo Lim, a South Korean national, married to an Indian business man, Mr Sanjiv Ghatak. She has been a relentless contributor to promote cultural exchange between India and Korea over two decades. An avid lover of Indian classical dance and music”Kathak”. She is a Kathak dancer for more than 10 years and has trained under GuruYogini Gandhiji. She has performed in Korea’s most reputed concert hall “the Seoul Arts center (예술의 전당)” and has been featured by the Indian cultural center in Seoul and mentioned by the Indian Embassy in Korea. Besides her uncountable projects to enrich cultural relations, Dr Lim being a certified Korean language teacher from the Seoul National University and Yonsei University, have trained more than 300 Indian students in the Korean language. One of her favourite project being IKCG, she is the founder of the Indo Korea Cultural Group (IKCGPUNE) in Pune, a platform established for korean culture fans by engaging volunteers to promote the exchange of culture between both the country’s.

And, Mr. Sanjiv Ghatak, an Indian national, a business man, the co-founder and the architect, behind the k-wave project, a project to promote culture and bring people closer from Korea and India with music, entertainment, education, travel and cultural exchange.  He is one of the initial director of Kiwa Consultants Pvt Ltd, an engineer and a management graduate from Pune. His main research field is branding of nations and strengthening intercultural relationship.

‘Us” is a story built with the foundation of trust and a rich cultural amalgamation between Korea and India.
